And a sailboat. Unfortunately in the week since this photo was taken, the sailboat has met a sad end. You will notice in the photo that the hull of the sail boat is "creased" -- probably tree damage from the windstorms a few years back. It would appear that recently, an attempt was made to move this boat (in connection with the waterfront reconstruction) and it is now upright and broken into two pieces.
